There are 3 phases to creating an independent income, and I work with each client to achieve these steps in this exact order:
Phase 1 - Guide
This phase ensures that you are creating a business that is in total alignment with your goals and values, whilst enabling you to steer clear of "what's hot" because that's what all the "gurus" and "experts" are selling and teaching.
To do this we'll use my Business GPS methodology.

The Business GPS enables you to get clear on exactly what you need to achieve and whilst creating a simple roadmap to ensure that you are creating the right business for you and keep you on track heading in the right direction without costly diversions.
What is the Business GPS?

The core Business GPS consists of three frameworks:
Destination Framework
The Destination Framework helps you ensure that your business is in total alignment with you goals and values and it consists of three steps.
The first step is to define your North Star and make sure that the business you are working to create supports the lifestyle that you want to create.
Then you define a Big Hairy Audacious Goal for the next 10 years to keep you inspired and motivated to achieve more than you ever dreamed possible.
Finally, this framework guides you through determining your guiding principles & values along with those of your business.
Altogether this will enable you to create a business that's in alignment with your goals and values and avoid creating a business that you end up hating (something I have seen far too often - I even did that myself!)
Close The Gap
Next, the unique Close The Gap process ensures clients quickly gain total clarity about what is needed to achieve their goals and dreams without feeling overwhelmed with all they have to do or having unrealistic expectations about what it's going to take to achieve their dream business.
We do this by establishing exactly where you are now, using the 3 Numbers technique.
We then define your start point, no illusions, just the facts so that you can establish the gap between now and where you want to be in 12 months time.
Roadmap Framework
From here you are able to create your Roadmap. This will give you certainty that you are working towards a business model that supports your revenue and lifestyle goals whilst giving you a clear set of milestones that keep you heading in the right direction.
Then using your milestones as stair steps, you create a 90-day action plan by breaking that down into 90-, 30- and 7-day chunks so that it all becomes manageable and doable without feeling daunting. You will always know exactly the most important thing you should be doing to create the business you want.

Phase 2 - Attract
Now that you are clear on what you want to achieve and you have a roadmap (the what) for doing that we are going to move on to the second phase - Attract (the how).
This is where we put together a simple process that enables you to consistently and predictably attract clients that you love to work with and who value what you do using the Client Focus Method.
Many solopreneurs rely on haphazard and chance to attract leads, clients and sales. This rarely creates a sustainable income and leaves the business in a very precarious situation.

The Client Focus Method turns everything around and puts the focus squarely on the clients and how we can serve them. To do this, we have to understand them deeply and most people aren't prepared to do the work. Which is fantastic for those who are as they have a clear advantage...
There are three main steps to the Attract Phase...
The Client Framework
Your first step is to get crystal clear on who your ideal clients are, why they buy & how to find the clients that love what you do and are willing to pay for it without price shopping.
Using The Client Framework you will have a clear understanding of what they are trying to do in relation to your products and services.
You will discover how to present your product or service in a way that gives potential clients confidence in what you offer and the results that you deliver, making it far easier for them to choose you and buy your offering over all their other options.
The Message Framework
You then take what you have learned and using The Message Framework you will discover how to stand out in a crowded market, and craft a message that attracts your dream clients. By taking the language that they use you will create messaging that really resonates so that they feel that you really understand them.This will provide the foundation for all of your marketing content.
Customise
The Client Flow Framework
The last step in the Attract Phase is to customise the Client Flow Framework to you and your business so that you have a repeatable and predicable way of attracting the best to your business, repelling the nightmare clients and nurturing those who are a great fit into dream clients.
This last part of the Client Focus Method is where you start to see the fruits of your labour and it is broken down into three steps:
Step 1
Put in place a consistent sales method that's in alignment with you and your business (no used care salesmen here!).
Step 2
A way to nurture and build relationship with those who show interest yet are not ready to buy - this is most people!
Step 3
Ensure that your website or premises attracts a regular flow of visitors, based on your strengths and resources not the latest hot trend.

This is all about building on the crucial foundational work you have completed and ensuring that you enjoy more ease and flow, whilst growing your business and income to the level that you desire so that you can create the life that you aspire to.

This unique method allows you to be more effective and confident in your business and, make better decisions whilst reducing stress and imposter syndrome fast!
